It was me, and the test is actually failing (not a time out!). I think it is 
caused indirectly by bug 341304 [1].

The direct problem is that upgradeToV1() does not work with SQLite. But a just 
created database should not need to be upgraded to version 1. So it should not 
call upgradeToV1() at all (that is actually another bug).

The test just worked fine for the last years because the test used 
/tmp/kmm_test_driver as test database. That file was never removed by jenkins.

tl;dr

The kmymoney-mymoneydatabasemgrtest failed in clean environments - always.
Since [2] the environment is always clean, so it is destined to fail.
