kdchart has been handed over to KDE.
Once it has been properly massaged, we should start using this new
version and remove the one we currently include in our source code.
Also, we'll be able to fix it more freely in the future.

I just pushed the initial code drop of the KDChart sources to a scratch
repository: ssh://git@git.kde.org/scratch/mwolff/kde-kdchart

Sorry for the long delay, everyone. I hope you can now pick this up. What's
left to do from my POV:

- find a nice name, I just picked kde-kdchart for now.
- setup a CMake build system
- frameworkify
- remove qmake build system
- get rid of old code that's probably not required anymore, like libkdabfakes
and stuff that's guarded by ancient QT_VERSION checks
- ensure all relevant patches from Massif Visualizer, Calligra, ... are
available in this version
- get rid of the custom copies, use this new library instead

I won't have much time for this in the coming moths.
