I'm attaching the patch for this bug, and just this bug, which allows selection
of field separator.

The use of a colon as field separator would clash with the category:subcategory
colon, so temporarily substitute # as field separator in such a situation. This
will require a corresponding change in the csvdialog() class, which will
follow.

If there are no objectons to the patch, I'll commit in a weerk or so.
