[Kmymoney-devel] Fwd: csv importer

All other wizards/dialogues appear to be fine.

The only other issue I have noted (I haven't done many tests yet) is that 
anything to do with file dialogues is extremely slow. Opening a save as 
dialog for instance takes 10-15 seconds
