[Kmymoney-devel] import libraries

Sorry I guess I have caused a lot of confusion

I am compiling the master branch. I have just been calling it 4.6.4 as 
that's the latest stable. I'll call it master or HEAD from now on.

Almost ready to compile with msvc...
