I've found that support of OFX is rarely a bank's strong point, and is usually
not even done in-house.  They buy the software from someone else, so they are
not always even aware of the details.  It does vary greatly.  You might also
check out http://ofxhome.com and see if they have any notes on your bank.  Also
- be careful posting that log file - be sure to alter any
names/passwords/account numbers.
