[Kmymoney-devel] Work on new envelope-budgeting feature

Hi Josua,
As far as I can tell, no one else is working on this. You can start
working on github and we can move it to our repo if job progresses
enough.

As for the UI sketch, keep in mind this will have to deal with dozens
of categories, so you'll have to use some kind of scrollable list.
I assume this will tie into the existing UI in some way, right?
