Hi Tuan

Could you give a little more information about what you have in mind. 
Are you talking about during an import?  If so, what method of import? 
QIF/OFX/CSV?  Or, are you talking about from a loaded ledger account? 
Or, do you mean all/some existing categories?

What do you mean by Temp in this context?
