I am not aware of an Afrikaans translation of KMyMoney. In KDE translation is 
handled by translation teams, not the developers themselves.

Please visit http://i18n.kde.org/ to get information about the process. 
Although, it looks like the Afrikaans team is inactive atm: 
http://i18n.kde.org/team-infos.php?teamcode=af but that should not stop you to 
translate the application.
