Hi,
Sorry to come back on this subject

I have exactly the same things :
- KMM not asking for a passphrase 
- ps -ef |grep gpg  finding gpg-agent --daemon
- decrypt file from console ok (and opening the decrypted file in KMM ok)

It was working fine before and I have the problem only since I upgraded to
Lubuntu 13.10
