When you have a budgeting report which extends several columns, sometimes its
difficult to know to which account correspond a particular number you are
showing. For instance, you scroll vertically to the right to the December
details, and you see there a $-2000. You need to scroll vertically left to the
account list, to know that it corresponds to "Expenses:Car:Gas", for instance. 

It would be great if that was shown as a tooltip when you hover on top of the
$-2000.
