[Kmymoney-devel] meinproc4 is failing for me

I'm hoping this is some simple (and probably stupid) user error, but  
meinproc4 is failing for me - with lots of entity not defined errors.   
It's been so long since I last tried this, I've forgotten if there are  
any special things I need to do first for this to work.  It has failed  
as part of make and when run manually whether I am within the source  
tree or outside it.

Thanks for any pointers or suggestions.
