[Kmymoney-devel] [online-banking] doesn´t recognize my accounts as online banking capable

I tried remapping and regetting SEPA data for DKB Cash account, but I still 
get the same result.

I think this needs some GUI work as well. If its not available, gray out all 
fields, and if its available, let it work. But well thats usability stuff for 
later I think.
