I've just pushed an initial chapter for tags. It's not much (I've used
the payees doc as a starting point - I think the code was written the
same way;)) but it pretty much covers the tags view. Tags should be
mentioned in other places of the documentation where payees/categories
are mentioned transaction form, reports I guess.
