I have observed specific issues with importing from Quicken Mac 2007 via QIF.

The first is: Quicken allows a single transaction to include transfers and
withdrawals or deposits. Because KMyMoney does not allow this, it throws out
all the data about the transaction other than the transfer. Ideally, it should
have made a duplicate transaction except one for each transfer and one for the
split categories.

Secondly, KMyMony made duplicate empty categories for several subcategories.
