I've been having a further look at this and wonder if the account in question
is the one in the anon. file named there as "A000001".  Attempting to reconcile
that shows an opening balance amount which equates to two reconciled items, on
13 and 16 June.  Clearing the 'Reconcile' mark clears the opening balance
amount.
