Actually this behavior is controlled by the following kmymoney option 'Show
categories in the accounts list view' in this section
http://kmymoney2.sourceforge.net/kde4/online-manual/details.settings.html#details.settings.general.filter

I see now that the manual does not list it but it's there so it should be added
to the manual. The most we can do for this report is to update the manual.
