Accounts now lists not only equity, liability, asset, and so on but also
categories: income and expense.

Steps to Reproduce:
It was not always like this.
Actual Results:  
Accounts shows categories

Expected Results:  
Accounts should not show categories (expense and income listed under main tab
categories)

I am under the impress that that part of my kmy file has become corrupt.
Tools/consistency check reports that the data is consistent. 

I recently started working on two different kmy files - sometimes open at the
same time via two different instances of kmymoney.


Clicking with the right mouse button on say 'equity' shows the 'account
options' menu. Right mouse clicking expense (being shown under the accounts
tab) shows the category options. That is, kmymoney still treats the categories
as categories (they are all still listed under main tab categories as well).
