It was the case that a transaction could be entered with a date prior to the
opening date. You can't do that anymore, but we are dealing with old files
here.

So, we have two possible fixes here: check for transactions prior to the
opening date and verify if prices are entered for the date of those
transactions, or fix the opening date to the date of the first transactions. We
could even add both fixes.
