Consistency checker reports no price set for opening dates for investments
which were no longer held on the supposed "opening date" reported by the
consistency checker and for accounts that were closed long before the supposed
"opening date".  The attached file shows six errors.  As an example, the first
three relate to accounts where the closing transactions all took place early in
2007, but the consistency checker is reporting missing prices for an "opening
date" of 31/10/2008.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Run the consistency checker
Actual Results:  
See example outlined in the details section of this bug report

Expected Results:  
The consistency checker should not be reporting missing initial prices when
those prices are not missing and the consistency checker's reported "opening
date" is not in fact the opening date for that account.
