Note: This appears to be an issue with the OFX data sent from the bank.  When
comparing the OFX log dumps from either of them, the only difference is that
the duplicate OFX log has an extra "<CORRECTACTION>REPLACE" tag in each of the
transactions.

According to the OFX specification, "<CORRECTACTION>" fields are only present
with a preceding "<CORRECTFITID>" field.  This is an out of specification field
that's being sent by the bank.

However, the correct action in this situation would probably be for KMyMoney to
ignore a "<CORRECTACTION>" field without a corresponding "<CORRECTFITID>"
field.
