CSV Importer table widget window height gradually reduces when main window is
resized several times.
Gap between CSV Importer table widget window and wizard page area.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
A 1. Resize CSV Importer main window height.
   2. Repeat a number of times.
   3. CSV Importer table widget window height gradually reduces.
B1. Between CSV Importer table widget window and wizard page area, there is an
unnecessary amount of empty space.

Actual Results:  
As above

Expected Results:  
Resizing the Importer main window height should not result in the table widget
window height gradually reducing.
