OK.  Let's go back to the beginning.

1) Is the file you sent to the bug report the same as the one received?
2) When you tried to do the csv import you had a problem.
3) When you loaded that file into the plugin, you should have seen the data.
4) How many columns are displayed?
5) How many rows are displayed?
