1. Open Accounts list 
2. Left click on individual account to select 
3. Right click Actual Results: Receive a menu labeled "Account options"

and I think as this doesn't reference Institutions anywhere, only accounts, it
has caused confusion.

However, your screen shot does appear to show incorrect operation in
Institutions view.  This does not happen for us on Linux systems, so there may
well be a KMyMoney on Windows issue.

It would be useful to know if another KMyMoney on Windows user can or cannot
reproduce this, and on what revision of KMyMoney on Windows.
