After one year of using KMM, I can say that my initial feature request for the
ledger view is still valid.

I really don't want to use the "full detail" mode (Ctrl+T) because I want to
have transactions displayed with one row only. 

But in the same time I want to see the Category/Account for each transaction
therefore an extra column would be greatly appreciated.
