While the initial khelpcenter bug has been fixed in 4.8.0, there is a different
bug in 4.8.0 khelpcenter installation, which prohibits showing docs. The
problem is identified and a fix is on the way. 

A workaround for people cannot waiting until a fixed kdelibs packages will be
released is documented at https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=293610
