The writings are hints what happens in the background. 

The behavior you described is not normal and is caused by a software problem
because of a crashed background process of khelpcenter named kio_help (it
crashed at kio_help!xsltprocExternalEntityLoader+0x22). 


For a short solution of this you have several options: 

1. Use the online help as suggested
2. Wait for the next release in which this bug will hopefully be fixed 

Additional there are options to fix the bug by yourself or to convince or pay
someone else to fix the bug.
