I doubt that, as the message is pretty clear and it reflects what can be found 
in the file:

~/devel/kmymoney4/kmymoney> grep "Personal Finance Manager" kmymoney.desktop
GenericName=Personal Finance Manager
GenericName[en_GB]=Personal Finance Manager
GenericName[x-test]=xxPersonal Finance Managerxx
Comment=Personal Finance Manager
Comment[en_GB]=Personal Finance Manager
Comment[x-test]=xxPersonal Finance Managerxx


GenericName and Comment carry the same value and that is what krazy complains 
about. I don't think it has to do with the developer handbook file. That one 
does not have the GenericName and Comment entries which is probably krazy 
looks for.
