Summary: Customize Accounts Shown in Budget on Home Page
           Product: kmymoney4
           Version: 4.6.1
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kmymoney-devel at kde.org
        ReportedBy: mongi3 at gmail.com

Version: 4.6.1 (using KDE 4.4.5)
OS: Linux

The home page budget would be quite useful to me if it could be customized a
bit. I'm only interested in budgeting for a specific set of expense categories
and I'd like for only these to be considered on the home budget report.

Currently I satisfy this in the normal budget reports by using the customize
button, and excluding all accounts except the set that I'm interested it. In
the actual budget I have zeros for most categories, and only non-zeros for the
categories of interest. This combination creates a custom budget report having
exactly what I'm interested in.

There does not however seem to be a way to customize the report on the home
page in a similar way. On the home page my budgeted amount is correct but
"actual" includes all income and expenses and numerous "overruns" are included
(for zero budget items) that I'm not concerned about.
