Remove the "Balance:" text from the ui file since there is no need to translate it, the label's contents will be set from the code.

I found this information very useful when creating a budget and I thought I'll ask your opinion about it first. It's also a nice opportunity to test the review process on git (you can apply the patch with git am).

Selected some budgets and checked that the displayed balance is OK (normal when in surplus red when in deficit).
