It's not a mistake to report things twice. You opened

the list that you did. So things are in good shape.

I'll take a look at this. As intermediate solution, you could patch your data
file (it's gzip-ed XML) such that the saf (smallest account fraction) and scf
(smallest cash fraction) show correct values. I expect, SCF is 1 and PPU is
also 1. Don't know about SAF yet. Will have to look up the details on
wikipedia somewhere.
