Ah, I remember that thread.  As I see it, that's not a solution, but an  
explanation of why it won't work.  However, I do admit that I gave up  
before I tried absolutely every possible combination of use of the  
files mentioned.  If anybody does figure out how to do this, I'd really  
love to know.
