Assuming you are referring to KMyMoney :) , the immediate answer to
your QDF question is, 'No', I believe.  As I understand it, QDF files
are native Quicken files and not externally compatible.

However, KMyMoney can import 'Standard' qif export files from Quicken,
assuming that your version still has that export capability.  If not,
possibly CSV export might help.

So far as installing KMM on a Mac, I believe, we have a number of users
who have done this.

The list you have chosen to post on is probably soon to be dropped, and
you are likely to get more responses from the other, KDE, lists, to
which I am copying this.
