When creating a new schedule for a deposit, one field, above the next due date,
has no label and its purpose is unknown.

Also, it would be nice if there were some tooltips, to explain the use of the
various fields

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open a new schedule for a deposit and wonder what goes where.

Actual Results:  
Trial and error.

Expected Results:  
It should be clear what is required in each field.

I have used the wizard before, but not for a while.  I don't know if it was
like this, or whether I'm getting older.
