Find the navigation tree view in case the hierarchy has more than one tree view.


Summary
-------

Remove the root decoration when the left navigation panel is shown in tree view mode. This reduces the width required for the navigation. I did not want to simply add it to SVN w/o a second opinion if we should do that.
