I enter a transaction, with a Category. Later I realise I wish to change the
Category. From the ledger I select the transaction, right mouse click, edit,
select Category drop down and the only options shown are:
> Asset accounts
<--Income categories
-->Expense categories
plus the hierarchy of categories (within Income as it happens) leading down to
the current category. I can switch up and down the Income category but I cannot
get to a different leg of the category hierarchy.

Probably a separate bug, but I also tried to right mouse click on the
transaction and use "Move transaction to .." which I have used in the past to
correct categories. The only option it gives me is to move to completely
different account. It used to let me move to a different category.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Create categories with a hierarchy e.g. top level A, plus A:B and A:C
Create a transaction with category A:B
Save the file (or not - just a way to be sure the entry has been made).
Edit the transaction and try to change category to A:C. 

Actual Results:  
You will be offered A:B, A, and will see the top level headings Income
categories and Expense categories. The only change you can make is to category
A. If you then try to change again, you will still only see A and A:b, never
A:C

Expected Results:  
It used to give you the complete list of categoreis to choose from.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-24-generic

Actually running on Gnome with enough KDE to make Kmymoney work.
