[Kmymoney-devel] Re: Migration of Account Associations

Recently my bank closed one of my credit card accounts because of a 3rd 
party data breach.   In its place they opened a new account.  When I 
configured KMyMoney to download transactions, it did so as expected; 
however, none of the Payee to Account mappings from the old account 
survived.  Is there a way to migrate these mappings?  It's painful to 
rebuild all of them from scratch.

One question to clarify - within KMM did you create a new account, or just map 
the new on-line account to the old KMM account?  I had a similar problem last 
year, and although I download my statements (OFX) when I imported the OFX from 
the new account to the same account in KMM, I believe it kept all it's account 
mappings/recognition.
