That is very strange, as all the logic is present and works well for me. So I
expect some pecularities with your data. Please do the following:

a) create an anonymized file (see manual how to do it)
b) make sure that the problem still exists while using the anonymized version
of the file
   it might be a bit tricky to find out which payee to delete. If unsure how to
figure out, please ask here
c) send a gzipped version of your anonymized file to me or the developer list
for further analysis
