To test AqBanking CLI, I installed libaqbanking-tools. 
This depends on aqbanking33-plugins, which had not been installed on my system
yet. 
I gave KMyMoney's AqBanking wizard another try, and now, as the -plugins
package is available, it doesn't crash anymore. 

I recognise a missing package is not a usual system configuration; anyway, I
think KMyMoney should report the plugin missing instead of crashing...
