It looks that this bug is for the AqBanking plugin.
AqBanking home page is 
http://www2.aquamaniac.de/sites/aqbanking/index.php
and on their bug tracking system I saw something similar:
DKB-Cash CSV imports wrong values - leads to kmymoney crash
