The icons in the summary for entering and skipping payments aren't shown since
the KDE update to 4.6.4
It might me the same as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=277565 and
therefore an KDE library related problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start kmymoney

Actual Results:  
No icons in summary view under payments.

Expected Results:  
Icons to enter and skip payments.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38-gentoo-r3
Compiler: i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc
