Have the same issue on my MacOSX.
A parallel install of KMM 4.5.0 on a virtual OpenSUSE, however, is just fine,
i.e. the account selection box is wide enough to display the account names in
full length.
Would be great to see the same on MacOSX, but I'm afraid it might be an issue
with QT or KDE rather than a KMM bug.
