Somewhere in your data file there is a reference to an account with ID A000230
which does not seem to exist (anymore). Use a working version (the older one)
and run "Tools/Consistency check" to resolve the issue. If you don't have
access to an older version, it is a matter of fixing the KMyMoney file (XML).
Should be doable.
