My Italian is lousy, so I took google to get a translation:

OK, I get the idea. Unfortunately, you did not use the KMyMoney-recover-key 
while encrypting the data. We used GPG as the encryption method, because it is 
known to be very strong. Thus nobody should be able to decrypt your file :(

Google translates this to:

  Purtroppo, non ha utilizzato il KMyMoney-recover-chiave, mentre la
  crittografia dei dati. Abbiamo usato GPG come metodo di crittografia, in
  quanto è noto per essere molto forte. Quindi nessuno dovrebbe essere in
  grado di decifrare il file: (
