Since this is a long standing bug which we didn't manage to fix yet since we
don't use IBus I'm going to ask this:

If the bug is fairly easy to reproduce could you try the following:
run in a shell 'QT_IM_MODULE="" kmymoney'
And see if the application does better at entering transactions. Please report
back.
