Patch to allow compilation of French documentation in KMM 4.6.0

I'm not sure how to best get this applied - I suspect it is distribution
specific until it is rolled into the next release.  It is to be applied to
index.docbook within French documentation directory - in my case
doc-translations/fr_kmymoney/kmymoney/index.docbook in the root of the unpacked
tarball.

I'll be glad to file a Gentoo bug.
