I received a note, that the listing entry for AMEX has been updated. To give it
a try, you need to remove the local copy of the listing on your system by
executing 'rm ~/.kde4/share/apps/kmymoney/*.xml' and then start the mapping
procedure.

All files pulled from the online listing are kept for 7 days before the are
re-loaded. To enforce a prior reload, remove all the files as explained above.
