Interesting.   I have another American Express account that was set up a long
time ago and it has no problem downloading transactions.  My other existing
online bank accounts also don't have any issue downloading as long as I am
using one of the latest Quicken versions, but I did have a similar error
message when trying to map an additional account at the bank.
