When trying to enter a new scheduled transaction there was no option available
for every other week or fortnightly, only Half-Month was close which is not the
same and not what is required in this instance.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Edit/create new schedule and there is no option for fortnightly.

Actual Results:  
Year, Month, Half-Month, Week, Day and Once are the only options shown.

Expected Results:  
Scheduled transactions should be able to be set up to occur on a fortnightly
basis.

Provided and option for a fortnightly transaction schedule.
