[Kmymoney-devel] [Bug 233788] Plugins do not load

This bug was closed a while ago, but dealt with the need to run  
kbuildsyscoca4 after installing but before running KMyMoney for the  
first time, to assure that all plugins were properly recognized.  While  
this is normally done by the packager, if you compile from source - you  
are the packager.  Should I add this as a step to the compile  
instructions in the manual?
